The pool was so gross things in the water and when I got in my eyes were immediately burning they just put chemicals and use the same water I do not recommend.

I was supposed to get my security deposit back sincE June 2020 it is now September 2020 and I have not received anything. I keep calling To ask about it and property manager Janet keeps telling me that it is already processed. That I should be getting the deposit in the mail in a couple of days but it’s been like this since June. Last time we spoke she said she was going to call the owner so he could find out what was going on and that she was going to call me back. I have not received a call with any update on what’s going on.. Maybe they just don’t want to return it and that’s why they keep putting excuses. If that’s the case, I believe it’s so unprofessional from their part. Update: We were very upset because since June we were told that it was processed But nothing arrived. We never received the explanation that it was because of the pandemic it was always “is already processed you should get it in the mail” and We Were told the same for about 3 months....We have a family Member that Just received her security deposit from you guys the same day we did and they didn’t have to wait for it for months. Like we did. Finally the deposit was just processed by the bank on sept 9 and arrived to us on sept 18 and were able to cashed out last week. I’m just glad this issue is resolved now. Thank you. God bless.
