The manager Don has been super helpful with everything we have needed! The maintenance staff is very nice and helpful as well! Well maintained park, with minimal issues the entire time we have lived here.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the park is beautiful 🤗 I just need to add that I've lived here about a month now and I couldn't be happier. The park has been great in dealing with the icy roads and the bits of snow we've had 👏 also this amazing company just handed out a 25 dollar gift certificate for Cub to all residents, that's truly amazing and I'm very thankful 🤗

Raises rent 20% every 12 to 18 months. This place has been coming too expensive to live in. While this place is one of the cheapest parks it is slowly becoming not.

A trailer park accept they have new updated trailers. The park is clean and looks like a nice place to live.

As far as trailer parks go this is one of the best!!! People take good care of their lots. Rent is low and so is crime. Wonderful place!!!
