Specific, publicly advertised "promotions" or special offers for lot rentals at Blaine International Village are not consistently available through general online searches. However, prospective residents should always inquire directly with the management team.
It's important to note that mobile home park management companies, particularly those that have recently acquired properties, sometimes focus on standardizing rates and potentially implementing annual increases. One review does indicate a concern about annual lot rent increases of 9%. However, it's crucial for interested individuals to speak directly with the current management to understand their current pricing structure, any potential new resident incentives, and the frequency and nature of lot rent adjustments.
While traditional "promotions" might be rare, some possibilities to inquire about could include:
Referral Programs: For existing residents who refer new homeowners.
New Home Purchase Incentives: If they partner with manufactured home dealers, there might be package deals or incentives for purchasing a new home to place on a lot.
Seasonal Offers: Though less common for long-term residency, it's worth asking if any seasonal specials exist for moving in during quieter periods.
The most reliable information will come from a direct conversation with the park's management team, allowing you to ask about current lot rent, any associated fees, and their policies regarding rent increases, which is a key consideration for long-term residents.

Customer Reviews
We residents were warned about the management company that took over a few years ago, and unfortunately, everything we were told came true. Since taking over, they have raised the lot rent 9% per year. Like many others living here, I am living on a fixed income that has been stretched extremely thin, and if these increases continue, I won’t be able to live in my paid off mobile home. I don’t have adequate words to describe my disgust with these greedy people.
I've lived here for almost two years. The staff is super helpful and always willing to work with you; they're all really nice.
I really want to get along with management and have a good experience here but I got to be honest, it hasn't been good. I've only made a couple of maintenance requests, both times I was told something would be done and it wasn't. First is the road construction which has gone terrible but that's not their fault that's the asphalt company. But we do have gigantic gaps in front of cement curves they put in, that is being extremely rough on, if not destroying people's struts and shocks. I have requested twice and I know many people have requested as well that they just fill the gaps with something, sandbags was my idea, and they have done nothing and continue to do nothing and it is a very simple fix. I am baffled as to why they do nothing. Second is a tree hanging over my trailer that they said they'd have someone come look at and we all watched for him all day and no one showed up. It is a major safety concern and it's a no-brainer, every branch is leaning towards and over my trailer and the roots you can feel coming up through the ground. It has to be cut down. The maintenance guy around here is the same guy that sold me the trailer which is a huge conflict of interest because he did a bad job selling me the trailer so he earned himself a bad review. Of course he's not going to want to do any maintenance requests for me. Also, small thing here, but there's a sign right down the street from the office that falls over every single time it's windy out because it's not cemented in a hole in the ground. I think the maintenance person should do that, and the sandbag thing, it could literally be done within a couple hours, within a hour if you have the supplies on hand. Minor road repairs and maintaining signs I would think are part of the job for maintenance in a trailer park. I'll even volunteer to help out part-time if he's for some reason overworked and just can't get to these things. I'm not unreasonable, if they can work with me and the community going forward and things start getting done and maintained I'll be more than happy to change this and leave a positive review. But as is, I am not happy with what we are getting here.
I’ve been a resident of long-standing and would like to take the time to complement the staff at BIV for all the professional work done during the transition of ownership until now with so many challenges, including the road, construction, your diligence and effort at trying to keep the place running smooth is And commendable I believe under the circumstances You, the staff, Missy, Keith, and Lisa Have shown a great deal of Patients and understanding to help keep all the residence satisfied it is my hope that as a community we can work together to help each other and especially help the staff to continue to do an exceptional job your efforts at keeping the community safe and well managed is a reflection of your professionalism and caring for the welfare of all of us. Thank you again.
Misi and Lisa went WAY above and beyond the scope of their jobs to help me with a serious issue. They were kind, efficient, and extremely professional. I never had a problem getting a hold of someone, and the issue was dealt with in a respectful manner. THANK YOU!!
