If you want to live in a mobile home, buy your own land and put it there. The manager does his job but can be a stickler. My neighbors were awesome because nobody bothered each other. It's peaceful here.

Called on a Saturday to ask a simple question on how much lot fess were. His answer was "well the office is closed so you can call me Monday" , a angy tone in his voice like he was mad that I called. Like i get it its the weekend. Then I looked at the other reviews and they look horrible. Makes sense. I will not consider this place to live at.

Lack of up keep and harassment by manager caused me to move after 10 years.. Hard to fallow rules when you dont get a rule book. Current management seems to think they are above residents. He told me quote " I am the boss of the trailor park.He also told me of persons getting evicted and reasons why before that resident knew. Seems that sould be confidential I guess stop signs are not ment for him. While residents must put all boats and rvs. In storage lot his eye sore of a boat sits out.god bless the residence alot of great people, help each other out. Hope for their well being owners sucessfully find quailified employees.

Worst management ever! Call Peter “site manager” and he said “why you calling me so late” I just wanted to know if we can have guest park in our lot but he said no matter what or where we were gonna get park we were going to get towed, so where should guest park? This site needs a guest parking lot
