Worst place I ever lived! The neighbors suck bcz one of them just always get in into my side of the house and invite his friends to drink and smoke with them into our picnic table and my mom doesn’t like that, we understand that he is part of someone in the office family but that doesn’t mean that he can do whatever he wants with us, I couldn’t breath right and got sick bcz of smoke and I always go outside for many important reasons!, worst of all is one of the neighbors starts drama and call the office and the office told us that they don’t want my dog here anymore so we had no choice but give it to someone who can take care of him even after the Parents said that he bit their 15 year old son and made him bleed I mean why would my dog do that if he never bit anyone before all he wants is play, and I cried cuz the parents of his starts to get me anxiety attack bcz they yelled at me if they should know that I take medication for my medical condition but they are lucky that I didn’t attempted suicide bcz if I do then things could happen to them.
Jun 08, 2025 · April Aguilar [Kpoplover]Been at the park for 20 yrs now, never had a problem, now we being evicted, It's been several years now since a new manager came in and it's been hell. There is no parking to begin with for visitors, and additional cars. This manager thinks she is in Arizona where she rather see dirt for lawn. Please don't waste y'all money and time attempting to get a lot there. Property headquarters does not care about the renter. There is rules and regulation everywhere but when they only target certain renters and not one as a whole community.

Dec 17, 2021 · Fidel GonzalezThe pool is never open. They say it opens in the summer but this past summer it was open a total of a week and 3 days through the whole summer. It would be nice if the pool was open year arround like apartment complexes. They make enough money to do so. There is no parking for visiters they will tow any extra vehicle that is here over night. I cut my grass and 4 days later I get a notice that it needs to be cut again. This place is terrible there is no peace the managers are always on everybody's ass.
