Pleak RV Resort offers varied pricing structures to accommodate different lengths of stay, which implicitly acts as a "promotion" for longer-term guests through reduced daily rates. While specific, limited-time promotional deals (e.g., "first month free") are not consistently advertised publicly, the resort does offer competitive rates for daily, weekly, and monthly stays, with the monthly rate being significantly more economical for extended periods.
- Daily rates start from approximately $55 per night for standard sites, with premium/pull-through sites at a higher rate.
- Weekly rates offer a discount compared to cumulative daily rates.
- Monthly rates, around $515 for economy sites and up to $651 for preferred/pull-through sites (based on previous information), represent the best value for long-term residents.
The resort emphasizes that "Discounts apply only to Daily RV Site rates" on some platforms, suggesting specific promotional pricing might be available on short stays at times. Given the consistent praise for the owners and staff, it is highly recommended that prospective guests contact Pleak RV Resort directly. They are known for their accommodating nature and may be able to provide the most current information on any unadvertised specials, tailored pricing for unique circumstances, or details on any new customer incentives. Customer Reviews
Beautiful place! The nicest owners. I didn't have a truck so they sent one to get my RV over to them!!! They appreciate my business and treat me so well. I moved from a horrible place to this resort!!! Love the owners and staff!
I can go anywhere and find something I don’t like so I don’t give 5 stars because this park is perfect. I give 5 stars because it has been perfect for me. Friendly owners and outstanding park manager. The entire park is concrete to include the slots and not having concrete big enough to step onto out of my trailer for me is no big deal. I appreciate my trailer being on concrete and don’t mind stepping in the grass. I have never had an incident or problem in the park and everyone I meet is friendly just as if I was camping at a state park. If you are looking for a state park campground this is not the place BUT if you need a place to stay for a night or a year Pleak RV Resort is the place for you. You can read someone’s emotional comment on here and not pick Pleak RV Reaort but if you drive here, 9 times out of 10 I think you would park your camper and enjoy your stay.
I have some good and some not so good. Setting up reservations is easy they are very communicative. Apon arrival I notice they are still working on some things. Found a spot to set up and all was good. The ground around all sites have holes where the trenches for water sewer and electric have settled. I asked if they could be filled I offer to do it myself for the thought of they might be to busy. Lol. Well any work you see done in the pictures was done and paid for by me. No one obeys speed limits. They have used the parks narrow roads as a driving course. The grass has been cut and not left to grow high. Campground is far enough off the road that you do not here much road noise. The not so goods in this situation did not stop me from staying. I done a little to the yard to make it ok for us.
Drive further and pick another spot. The whole park wasn’t grated right. Water settles on each site. Whoever planned the concrete didn’t know the turning radius of trailers and big rigs. So many people run off and go feet deep into black soil. To save money, there’s barely enough pad for just the rv. Also many full timers that are very sketchy. Not sure why there’s such h good reviews on this place. Trash everywhere not picked up. We locked up all our bins and didn’t leave anything out at night. That kind of place. Positives, the guy checking in was nice. It was easy to book online.
I spent the last 2 months here and would like to leave my thoughts on the park. All new concrete sites straight and level. Nice, clean and new laundry and shower houses. I used a pull through for my car hauler and there is ample room for loading and unloading.I was able to park on the site next to mine as it was vacant at the time. Very quiet at night, close to Fort Bend County Fairgrounds, Seaborne Creek park and Highway 59. Both of the managers that assisted me were clear and helpful. I recommend this park.
