Promotions or Special Offers

As a state park campground, Seminole Campground operates under the pricing and policies set by Oklahoma State Parks. While traditional "promotions or special offers" like seasonal discounts or coupon codes, as seen in private commercial parks, are not typically a primary feature, the value proposition lies in their standardized, affordable rates and state-level programs:

  • Reasonable Standard Rates: Oklahoma State Parks, including Seminole Campground, are known for their competitive and generally reasonable nightly rates for campsites with electric and water hookups, making quality camping accessible to a broad range of Oklahomans. Rates typically range from $25 to $30 per night for RV sites, which is often a great value for the amenities offered.
  • Oklahoma Residents Discounts (if applicable): While not explicitly stated for Seminole Campground, some Oklahoma State Parks may offer minor discounts or special considerations for Oklahoma residents on certain passes or amenities. It's always worth checking the official Oklahoma State Parks website or calling the park directly.
  • Senior and Access Passes (Federal/State): Eligible individuals, such as seniors or those with permanent disabilities, may qualify for federal or state passes that offer discounts on camping fees. For federal COE campgrounds, these passes often provide 50% off standard amenity fees. While Seminole is a State Park, some state parks may offer similar discounts for state-issued passes.
  • Value of Included Amenities: The core "offer" is the excellent value received for the standard rate, which includes full hookups (electric, water, sewer), access to clean private bathrooms and hot showers, picnic tables, fire rings, and the security of a camp host, all within a beautifully maintained natural setting.

Really nice campground! All sites are well spaced with a good picnic table, charcoal grill and fire pit. Most sites have nice view of lake on one side and woods on the other. Treed but still grassy area to throw the frisbee. Easy walk along the rocky shore. The camp host is very friendly with firewood available for purchase ($5 for a good sized bundle). We drove through the other RV campgrounds and I definitely thought this one was the best. Lovely sunsets! Heated bathroom when cold and free showers with plenty of dumpsters. Also had a cute little playground.

We stayed in Seminole campground #25. Lots of room for our doggies. Nice level pad, water & electric, nice grill & firepit, and picnic table facing lake. Bathrooms are adequate. Short walk to the shore. The best spots (already taken) facing the lake are 9, 16,17 & 25. We actually lucked out because it was SUPER windy and our trailer blocked the south winds. Overall, a great campground!!! 🏕🚙🦮🐶🙂🧺🍖🚿🤽‍♀️

Lots of RV camping, but way too congested for most. Still a very beautiful park.
