Campsites are a little too close for my preference. However, the loop was free of trash. The restrooms and separate showers were clean. There are lots of great views throughout the park with plenty of wildlife and recreation opportunities, including hiking paths of both dirt and paved to enjoy the day.
Jun 01, 2025 · B -Our favorite spots to tent or RV camp. Really beautiful views to the east and the waves are typically much lower on this side of the lake. Additionally, there's lots of walkable shoreline to take your kids or animals.
Oct 26, 2024 · Paul IwanagaDefinitely the party section of the campgrounds. Unfortunately the bathrooms were closed for a short time because of a drainage issue. Though they did have other bathrooms on the same campground so that was good! Very well taken care of for a state park the RV dump station is extremely useful and well set up. Thoroughly enjoyed spending the holiday weekend here!
Sep 13, 2023 · Michael Thomas (Jerricho)Beautiful views, trails to walk. Nature center with an injured eagle and brown owl that you can see up close and are well taken care of. Be sure to get a.park map. There is a small church and graves that are over 100 years old.
