Very peaceful. Neighbors private. Safe environment. New, 12/27/24: Is one-way, in and out, which is comforting; my dog, neighborhood kids, all safe. Came to retire, stayed to see what that means; been 3 years now, still have no clue. But, management is top of the line, and have made our move here worth every disappointment, prior. Looking forward to peace and quiet.
