We accidentally booked for the wrong date and showed up with our pop-up trailer not realizing we didn’t have a reservation. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating — they quickly adjusted our booking and even gave us a credit since the site we ended up with was less expensive than the one originally reserved. Truly great customer service! The washrooms, including the floors, sinks, and free showers, were spotless — some of the cleanest we’ve seen at a campground. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks again, Shelburne Camping!
Sep 15, 2025 · Mathieu V.What a nice campground! Sites are large, level and fairly private. There are shrubs and trees between sites which we have never seen before but is so nice. Pool and bathrooms are spotless. At night you could hear a pin drop, it was so quiet and peaceful. Having super fast wifi was a huge plus!! If you’re coming with a family there is no activity center or programs (none while we were there) but the area is full of things to do. We didn’t meet the staff while here but everyone we came across was very friendly. Wonderful campground!
Aug 11, 2025 · Carolynn BuddThis place is a gem with caring ownership and very quiet and respectful campers. CLEAN HOTEL GRADE BATHROOM FACILITIES! The spaces were perfect and private. From check in to check out, we felt cared for by Dan, who is a very sweet and professional overseer anticipating our needs. The pricing is extremely fair (I think they could charge more) for what they provide. And nothing like a super clean shower after the usual bug spray and sunscreen. Will be back! (Close to town but private and no noise:)
Aug 12, 2025 · ROur first trek out of New Hampshire with our new toy hauler. Was a great spot to call home base while out exploring on our motorcycle. Campground was quiet and very clean. Staff was very friendly. Definitely on our list to go back again.
Sep 03, 2025 · Eric BoisselleWe were suppose to stay at another campground but left without even setting up due to the "accommodations" being less than desirable. I called Shelburne onh a Sunday at 5:30 pm to see if they could take us. Being after hours they gave us a site to set up at over the phone and told us to come to the office and register the following morning. We were in a bind and the site was perfect! (#34) Wooded, private, water and electric (20 amp) (30 amp would have preferred but wasn't available). Most of the sites are divided by trees and shrubs so there is plenty of privacy. The bathroom and showers were very clean, no matter what time of day that you went in. We also found the pool very clean. The staff was very helpful and courteous and we appreciated the "honor system" for firewood and ice. The only drawback was the wifi. We were on the outer edge of its range and had little or no connection for most of the time we were there but we were told they were working on improvements. I would definitely recommend Shelburne and camp there again.
