All 3 parks of Sleepy Hollow, Mobile Estates, RV Park 1, and RV Park 2 are well kept with friendly people and there's something to do every night.

We spent 20 winters in Park One, and still keep in contact with many folks who became our friends. This is an "Affordable" park. It is resident owned, and the rules make sense if you want a safe place to enjoy your winter and don't want luxury, just comfort and friendly, working class neighbors. The Canadian Bluegrass players, the Maine-eaks, Michiganders, ect, all enjoyed this community. Improvements to the club houses, the shuffleboard courts, and grounds is always ongoing, and problems are settled with common sense. They are a comfortable drive to the Orlando, Lakeland and Tampa Bay area but out of the horrible heavy traffic cities. These parks are part of our very pleasant memories and we would do it all again if age permitted.
