Star Gazer Glamping Village About

For Tennesseans looking to elevate their outdoor experience beyond traditional camping, Star Gazer Glamping Village in Sevierville offers a unique and intriguing option. Glamping, or glamorous camping, provides the immersive feel of being in nature with the added comforts and conveniences of modern accommodations. Star Gazer Glamping Village aims to deliver this elevated experience, providing pre-set tents with amenities designed to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

Located in the heart of Sevierville, this glamping village offers a different kind of retreat. Unlike rugged backcountry camping, Star Gazer Glamping Village provides an accessible way to enjoy the outdoors, particularly for those who appreciate comfort. The tents and amenities are precisely as pictured on their website, ensuring that guests know what to expect upon arrival. This transparency helps set expectations for a unique stay that blends adventure with convenience.

While the experience focuses on the unique glamping accommodations, it's worth noting that the location in a busy area means a different kind of "nature" experience than a secluded mountain retreat. However, for many, the trade-off of quick access to popular attractions and well-appointed tents is a worthwhile exchange. Star Gazer Glamping Village caters to those seeking a memorable and comfortable outdoor stay, with the added benefit of being close to the vibrant offerings of Sevierville and the Great Smoky Mountains region.

Location and Accessibility

Star Gazer Glamping Village is situated at 3209 Line Springs Rd, Sevierville, TN 37862, USA. This location places it in Sevierville, a prominent gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and home to numerous popular attractions. The accessibility of the glamping village is a key feature, as it's positioned to offer convenient access to the bustling activity of the area.

The glamping village's proximity to a busy intersection means it's incredibly easy to get to and from major roadways. This is a significant advantage for guests who plan to explore the many attractions of Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Popular destinations such as Dollywood, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance, Tanger Outlets, and countless dining and entertainment venues are just a short drive away. This ease of access allows guests to maximize their time enjoying the region rather than navigating complex routes.

However, it is important for prospective visitors to understand that the "extremely busy intersection" implies proximity to a high-traffic highway, which contributes to a lively atmosphere rather than deep seclusion. While the photos accurately depict the tents and amenities, the sound of traffic might be noticeable. Despite this, for those prioritizing convenience and quick access to the vibrant heart of the Smoky Mountains tourism corridor, the location of Star Gazer Glamping Village is highly effective. It serves as an excellent base for exploring the rich offerings of Sevierville and its surrounding areas, providing a practical and central spot for your Tennessee adventure.

Tent and amenities precisely as pictured. However, location is sub-optimal—it’s at an extremely busy intersection (high traffic of highway isn’t discernible from a map, but it’s quite loud). Because of proximity to the highway, there isn’t a sense of tranquility or privacy, and we did not feel 100% safe staying in a tent in such a busy area, despite the padlock and cable. Again, photos on website are accurate, but this is not a “tucked away up in nature” type of glamping experience.

Overall, this was a very pleasant stay. Excellent glamping experience and the hosts are very professional. Cons: the unit was not very clean - we had to move the dust bin because the plugs for the coffee machine was located behind it. It was filthy behind the dust bin. The dog crate was not cleaned (keep the current contagious dog illness which is on the news in mind), all the furniture were full of dog hair also. The barbeque was not cleaned. The shower was not clean There is no toilet brush. There is no space to put your clothes, hang your wash cloths and dishwashing cloths. Suggestion: under-bed drawers, hooks in shower for wash cloths, hooks in kitchen for dish cloths. The view is amazing, but the storage containers was really an eye sore.

We had a great time on our stay. We weee in the Galileo tent. It was so well stocked. The beds were comfortable and all the amenities were provided. It was a chilly rainy night and the heat worked perfect. We are looking forward to visiting again.

The tents were nice in itself. But location was bad due to it being right at the road of a main section and it was noisy. The heat didn't adequately heat it for 40s Temps at night and we froze .It was cold. It wasn't exactly what we were expecting but it wasn't bad if it had been further away from traffic and warmer conditions at night. The tent was beautiful clean very nice set up inside and porch area as well. Location and heating were the only problem for us.

An experience like no other! The amenities and comfort of a hotel or cabin with the sounds and atmosphere of camping. The rain shower is absolutely incredible. At the end of a day of exploring the National Park (which is literally right up the road) or checking out Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, you can relax by the fire pit and roast s'mores, with all supplies provided to you. Highly recommend this unique place!
