Park is right off US Hwy 19 N frontage road between Bellaire n Whitney, close to everything. Some of the rules of park are a bit harsh, but you need rules to keep the park looking good and functioning? Nice n quiet in the Summer. Great place to live!! Enjoying the BBQ!
Today my car had a meltdown and I was lucky enough to make it by the office at this park. The woman in the office offered me to come in out of the heat ( It is high 90s with 60% humidity), till triple A showed up (with good conversation and welcoming attitude) It was greatly appreciated, if they treat people who don't live there this nice, I can only imagine how they treat their residents. Thank you.
We always enjoy visiting the park as often as we can. We love the Florida room and the new pool installed in front of the club house. We've visited here for two yrs now and plan to make Donovan's our permanent home.
$190. Lot rent reasonable. Lots of Canadian snowbirds. It's ok will due. Close to Indian Rocks Beach only 7 miles. It's has its rules...but it's a mobile home Park for residents only I like that.
Nice people deserve A quality company to Keep that park beautiful.. Love it. Also looking foward to build our relationship there
