I have lived here for 4 years. Great location. The new owner has invested over $200,000 in upgrades. Which I appreciate that very much this also raises the value of your home. The property is maintained first class. It is very affordable the lot rent is much less than the surrounding areas. In the four years that I have lived here I have never had any concerns or any issues. The property manager Mike is always available. If there’s any issues he takes care of it right away. You do not get this type of management and other parks. You’re 10 minutes from the beach. All of the monthly street parties in the surrounding towns is a plus. I would recommend anyone to purchase a home and live here in far horizons
You do not want to live in this place. The lawn care people have more rights than the residents. Your property can be destroyed and the management will not stand behind residents. It would be nice if we could get a management but they're too important for us.
For the most part, it's very quiet. But, the rent is way too high for a mobile park without any amenities like other parks have. They allow criminals to reside there and do not supply security. The owner is unavailable to residents.
Although what Billy B's comment says about the manager was true, we the residents of the park have seen to it that changes were made , including new management and a homeowners association. We are snowbirds and love our community and the good people who live here. It is older, but very well maintained, clean and safe. It suits our needs perfectly.
Once upon a time..a nice place to live but never more..rent up every year..no useful amenities except lawn care, pool table & laundry room not as accessable as one would expect. Frequent management change..last one I received no written or verbal notice of. Greatly disapointed but no other alternative for disabled retiree. My honest opinion.
