I've lived here for over 10 years. The park has gone form drug infested to completely cleaned up. The park has improved 10 fold. We have new fencing and fireplace w outdoor deck, and a nice clubhouse. Activities at clubhouse. Has a great HOA. Rents reasonable.

I've lived in this park since 1998 in various mobile homes... Stephen and Michelle are the best office managers and park managers I've ever had... The park looks great and it's comfortable for me here at a very reasonable cost.... But I just wanted to commend Stephen and Michelle for their great work and communication with me and I know others here also feel the same way..... always friendly and very helpful... I remember visiting my grandparents there back in late '70s, early '80s. Remembered playing shuffleboard. I also remember the wide open golf range behind their mobile home. Unfortunately all the land turned into a Home Depot.
They've totally revamped this trailer park. Great clubhouse! New Office in front is gorgeous! Repaved all the streets. New fences and signs really have increased the overall experience of the park.
