Very quiet. Some busybodies. Adequate laundry facilities. Working on getting the low pressure water fixed. Most residents pick up after their pets, some don't.Some units need to be brought up to park standards. Otherwise very peaceful.
This park is owned by a huge corporation, sun communities. They have been improving this park beautifully! They are finishing up their new water project ! The streets are maintained wonderfully and speed bumps have helped Immensely. The manager takes pride in his job and keeping the park clean! He is always available to help with any issues that may arise . The corporation anticipates many new projects to improve and upgrade the park. This is a friendly family park that allows pets and is a safe place to live. A hidden treasure in Clearwater Florida rated number one vacation destinations and beach!!
This is mobile home community. Its very well taken care of. People seem to get along. Its a diverse community with people from different nationalities. Its pet friendly. There is a dog park in premises. Management is friendly, polite and educated. Its a quiet place. Location in my opinion is The Best. 10 min from the beach in both directions Clearwater Beach and Tampa !!! Plus you have Publix, Walmart, Starbucks, Pollo Tropical, Wawa, Wendy's, a hospital, CVS and many others at a walkable distance of literally 5 min.
Low water pressure, some folks r really kool, sum aren't. Some kids, some older folks. Roads are narrow.. Speed limit is 10mph this good, but not followed. Recently seal coat road and put in speed bumps thats alright Overall i would not recomend living here. Property management are aware of multiple situations and prefers not deal with. Multiple Sublease situations, far lesser living standards that the park management prefers not to deal with. Ultimately can lead to a not so great experience
Some residents who have dogs do not clean up after them. Management installed waste stations but they aren't always used. Apparently the community can do nothing about unless someone is actually caught in the act. There is no security patrolling the par
