Nice quiet cozy living location hidden in the woods right off a main freeway and highway. So visiting friends or family here is easy. Park is small and not located. Other the. Alot of pot holes that need fixing when you first drive in this is a nice place to live.
Lived there not anymore was so happy to get out. No plowing in winter pot holes that kill your vehicles. Play area a major joke. Petafiles though out the park. Drugs galore. You pay more in lot rent than regular rent that covers water sewer and trash but not plowing or hole being filled or to update play area. Speeders though out so dont let your young one out to play they might get hurt. Dogs always in your yard or stray cats. Just not worth your money. This place used to be a beautiful quiet very enjoyable place to live but has become a major joke to the town of Howard City. They dont do their part but you will be fined if you dont do your part. Its a 0 star mobile home park.
0 Stars if possible. Management is a joke. No plowing in the winter. Seriously was only like 4 times this whole winter. Pot holes big enough to eat a Volkswagen. Kids and neighbors are loud all hours of day and night. Dogs run rampant and bark 24/7. Shocking amount of stray cats that no one cares for. Oh and the gas company that they use, charges almost 60¢ more a gallon. Houses are all decrepit and nasty. Mold. Sooooooo much mold. Some houses even have holes all through them. Management dgaf. I wish a review like this was on here before I decided to move. Be smart and listen.
I enjoy living here. Quiet most of the time. Needs some work throughout the park, but nice small community.
