The lot is in good shape and quiet. My biggest complaint is the snow removal efforts are minimal.
The place got bad 2023 2024. Bunch of wild cats running under trailers. The rent goes up ever few months with no noticeable differences other than putting in new trailers and letting anyone and their friends move in. The park need to do more for the people who live there.
I’ve lived here for a month and have had the best experience so far. The management Team are exceptional. I work in the industry and would be happy to hire this Team! Billy and Kelly have gone above and beyond for me today. My AC went out 3 days ago and was able to get me up and running the same day during a heatwave…it was 103. Two days later it went out again, today. When the repair man said he would have to order the circuit board, Billy drove 3 hrs one way to pick one up. Billy and Kelly shows up around 4:30 and Billy installed it himself. He realized there was a bigger problem. We came to the conclusion that it will have to wait until tomorrow. Billy and Kelly went back and thought it out and was able to find the part/s needed to fix my AC. It was almost 7pm when they left and my AC is working like new! The fact they didn’t want to leave me in the heat overnight showed me the level of compassion and kindness they have for others. If I questioned my decision to move here, there’s no doubt I made the best decision! If it wasn’t for Mary, I wouldn’t have chosen to live here. She Always followed up with her commitments and stayed in contact with me for over a month. She’s a genuine person! Billy is a great person! He works at a sister community across the street and is just as attentive to me as Mary and Kelly that works at my community. I was VERY impressed with his commitment to fixing the problem. Some of the nicest people I’ve met in the industry! I would recommend the community to friends and family!
I am very sad to say that after over 32 years of being in this community, I am looking to sell and move on. The people that ran this community were part of this community. They looked out for all of us and went so far above and beyond what they barely got paid for it was amazing. No matter what they call this place, it has now become a trailer park with no heart or soul. This is now just a business. First we lost our manager, Don, then our 2 assistant managers have been forced out. Mary and Kelly made this a community. Inspire, thanks for making my decision to leave, easier. MONEY IS NOT MORE IMPORTANT THAN PEOPLE.
After 40 yrs & numerous ownership changes progressively worsening; we are moving. The lot rent is currently over $500/month w/o any amenities…unless you include the “lake”, which once was the lagoon. Our water & sewage is individually metered now. Two months ago, neighbors invited a couple to live in a tent in their backyard w/ a dog & several cats; two of the cats were pregnant. This occurred without knowledge by the management. I have yet to hear from anyone from Inspire Communities after countless attempts to have this issue resolved. I have been forced to take care of issues that should be addressed by the management and Inspire. The property management personnel are predominantly unqualified; being dragged over from another owned nearby community. The two best, Mary & Kelley, have been overwhelmed & are now moving out. This was once a safe and peaceful community.
