Poor management. She does not help the residential properties if something is wrong. No help with under pinning. Told to find someone else other than maintenance. I could say more. I've lived here 17 years, and out of 5 managers she is the worst.
They don't accept convicted felon, so there's no point in looking or applying.
Well, as living areas go- this is a very cloistered neighborhood. Many units, with very little in the way of yards, exist very close to each other, while located qiite near the major arterial roadway.
Its a trailer park, so it ain't the ritz by its very nature. A friend of mine lives there who i visit occasionally. I gave it 5 stars, because compared to other parks I've seen in the area it is well maintained, has a nice clubhouse and pool, and management doesen't allow poorly maintained mobile homes or visible trash/junk to sit around. It also seems fairly quiet and appears to be demographically composed lower middle class people who work for a living; consequently there doesen't seem to be a lot of loud nightime partying or illegal/shady activity. I wouldn't ever live in a trailer park if given the choice, but if circumstance conspired to make it necessary to live in a tin can, it would be here.
Owned by trash. They have crazy rules that are more strict than a nice HOA, but only enforcement when they want to, and the owners are discriminatory. Literally horrible people. I have never lived there but know people who do and have.
