Apr 17, 2025 · Lisa EgglestonPark is getting very run down. If you go down first street on right it looks like chop shop is open for business. Considering they are putting in new double wides, which they are likely getting $1500-$2000 a month, need to focus on cleaning up what is there.
Sep 25, 2023 · Susie AustinI paid faithfully every month on time and completed my yr lease. And i had to leave after a year. Because of issues with property and land. It was becomeing to bad to live in and everything was falling apart. So now they're finding a way to keep my deposit. They said i suppose to let them know before 30 days of moving. Hell i didn't even know for sure if i was moving. Watch your pockets with these guys. And they love going up on rent.
