Park is getting very run down. If you go down first street on right it looks like chop shop is open for business. Considering they are putting in new double wides,which they are likely getting $1500-$2000 a month, need to focus on cleaning up what is there.

I paid faithfully every month on time and completed my yr lease. And i had to leave after a year. Because of issues with property and land. It was becomeing to bad to live in and everything was falling apart. So now they're finding a way to keep my deposit. They said i suppose to let them know before 30 days of moving. Hell i didn't even know for sure if i was moving. Watch your pockets with these guys. And they love going up on rent.

I put review on here that at the time was true and not the greatest but, the manager George today has showed me that he really is willing to make thi and gr right. Yes it took more time then I wanted and I thought it wouldn't happen but he actually helped me even though he d in dnt have to. By replacing something he legally didn't have to. I love living here and being he keeps on top of everything from speeding to keeping the place clean. This is a great place for children and a very safe place to live.its great!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for over a year now. The park is mostly quiet. We haven't had any issues with anyone. There is a pond you can fish in and a park right across the street.
