While specific detailed lists of every daily service are not always publicly advertised for such communities, the nature of a professionally managed mobile home park implies a commitment to core services that contribute to resident comfort and community upkeep.

  • Lot Rental and Management: The primary service offered is the rental of mobile home lots to residents, providing a space for their manufactured homes within the community. This includes the management of rental agreements and related administrative tasks.
  • Community Maintenance: Typically, the park management is responsible for the upkeep of common areas, internal roads, and general landscaping within the community, ensuring a presentable and functional environment.
  • Utility Connections: While residents usually pay for their own utilities (electric, water, sewer), the park facilitates the necessary connections and infrastructure for these services to each lot.
  • Application and Approval Process: The park implements an application and approval process for prospective residents, which often includes background checks and financial assessments.

Based on the provided customer reviews and available public information, there are no specific, publicly advertised "Promotions or Special Offers" for Sundance Village. The reviews focus on personal experiences related to the application process and park management, rather than promotional deals.

However, the initial experience of a prospective resident highlights an implicit "offer" that did not ultimately materialize for them: the approval of financing for a mobile home within the park. While this was later negated by a background check, it indicates that the park (or its associated lenders) does facilitate or offer financing options to potential residents. This is a common form of "special offer" in mobile home communities, as it helps make homeownership more accessible.

It is important to note that any offers related to financing, lot rent specials, or move-in incentives are highly dynamic and would be communicated directly by the park management or their designated sales team. Prospective residents interested in any potential promotions or current deals at Sundance Village are strongly encouraged to contact the community directly. They will be able to provide the most up-to-date information on any available incentives or special terms that might be offered at the time of inquiry.

While recent reviews highlight some challenges, understanding the core offerings helps to assess its suitability.

For Floridians who value the financial accessibility often associated with manufactured housing, Sundance Village provides a pathway to owning a home in Central Florida. The fact that financing was approved for a prospective buyer (even if ultimately denied due to background issues) indicates that the park, or its affiliates, works to make homeownership a reality for its residents. This affordability can be a significant draw for families and individuals looking to establish a stable living situation without the high costs of traditional housing.

The community's location in Lakeland offers a balance of local convenience and regional accessibility. Residents are near essential services like shopping and dining, and are well-positioned for commutes to major employment hubs in Tampa and Orlando, as well as access to Florida's famous attractions. This blend is often ideal for locals who seek a more relaxed residential environment but still need connectivity to urban opportunities.

While some past resident feedback points to challenges with park management responsiveness and issues with certain tenants, the core intent is to provide a community. For those who are committed to making a home in a manufactured housing environment, and are prepared to engage proactively with the community to address concerns, Sundance Village offers the fundamental framework for affordable living in a Central Florida location. It presents a chance for individuals and families to "be settled and enjoy the best years" within a community setting, despite the potential need for vigilance and communication regarding day-to-day issues.

Got approved financing for a mobile in park but because of something on my background from years ago we got denied. That makes no sense to me. Why go through to get financing only to deny someone that is only trying to better themselves and a home for their family. Unfortunately can't undo past mistakes we do. Was looking forward to being apart of the community and be settled and enjoy the best years with my husband there. Good luck to everyone who looks into purchasing a home there. 😁

The office blatantly ignores you. Is never around unless to give notices. Have had multiple issues with tenants including robbery from property and tenants who were responsible are still in the park. Most of the tenants are very nice but we have quite a few bad eggs including tenants who will allow their animals to defecate in your yard and not clean up after them.

Came to look at a trailer today and made an offer, won't know anything until Monday. Josie in the office was terrific, she was so nice and helpful. Sundance seems like a really nice park, clean and quiet. Looking forward to moving in if it all goes in our favor.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! Park floods, (there is pictures on google) Constant eviction notices for petty things such as blinds, grass, siding, skirting, painting roof, etc. (Its basically a redneck HOA) Lot rent has increased 3 times in 2 years. Office people will not answer questions or help. Pool is constantly closed/under repairs. I believe they are purposely turning up the water pressure so that the pipes burst. LEARN FROM OTHERS MISTAKES! TURN AND FREAKING RUN. DO NOT SIGN THAT CONTRACT, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Sundance is a nice and quite place to live, but the office is never open, so if you need something better off doing whatever yourself. The office management are nice when you can see them, lol. The park does flood on the westside. Lot rent is quite high 447
