I live there for almost 2 year ,and before huracan milton hit the park,all flooded, my place was flooded and I lost everything, I was renting,ofice workers don't really do much,mail boxes are still unsafe, residents don't get along, I won't go back!now u have to pay water and garbage. But thank God iam out .
I am a resident and the park is in bad need of repair. Flooding is terrible during the rainy season. Drainage is a major issue. The mailboxes are not secure. I do not advise drinking the water, it is from a well. Lot rent prices are reasonable.
Lived there for 3 years at first it was nice until the drugs took over all the trailers has tarps on top and painted over to resale maintenance sucks fire taxes is not for the fire department it's to help them to pay there taxes the people that takes in the monthly payments are very rude all the trailers have termites they have a post office that's not been taken care of half the doors are missing if you buy and decide to move they will buy it back less then what you paid for it do not rent are live there
Manager nice explained terms.Quiet place has rv spots available. Have to walk half a mile to nearest bus pick up which is Walgreens on marcum Rd. Conveinently located off hey 98North next to auto junk yard.
My father paid the fire tax, and they keep saying he didn't. I have no one to call or an office to visit. I need to speak with the person in charge ASAP!
