One of the nicest and quietest communities in the area. Sunway has always been “home” and always will be.
The management company of this park does just enough to make things look good on the outside but that is it. The water pipes in the park are old and constantly breaking, which leads to no water for the park for up to 12 hours. In the rentals homes they will only do the bare minimum. They refuse fully remediate mold after water damage. The floor in our home has more waves than Lake Michigan on lightly breezy day. Our home doesn't sit level and has electrical outlets don't work and they have been inform about them. No one was sent to fix the outlets. After leak was found at the bottom of the dishwasher it took 3 days to get someone to come look at it. After a contractor looked at it and informed management about the water damage it over month to take action. The walls, cabinets, and floor were left to mold and dry on their own. Management fixed the molded drywall and cabinets. The cabinets and countertop in the kitchen do not match now only half of the kitchen was fixed. They completely refused address the mold under vinyl flooring because it cost too much. The only thing they did to the floor was brace it up from bottom to try remove the waves caused by the water damage. (It didn't work!) Hope you find this helpful !
