Whether you’re passing through on a cross-country journey, visiting family in the area, or seeking a longer-term residence, T & S RV Park offers a straightforward and dependable option. Let's delve deeper into what makes this Columbus, Kansas RV park a consideration for your next stop.
T & S RV Park is strategically located at 1308 US-160, Columbus, KS 66725, USA. This placement directly off US-160 highway provides excellent accessibility for RVs of all sizes, ensuring easy ingress and egress, which is always a plus for those navigating larger vehicles. Columbus is a small city in Cherokee County, Kansas, situated in the southeastern corner of the state, not far from the Missouri and Oklahoma borders. This proximity makes it a convenient stop for travelers moving through the tri-state area.
While its location right off the highway offers convenience, it's worth noting that some road noise, particularly from air brakes at the nearby four-way stop, might be audible. However, for many RVers, the trade-off for easy access and proximity to main routes is often worthwhile. The park is described as being "off of highway 160," suggesting it's not directly on a major interstate, which can still offer a more relaxed feel than some urban RV parks.
Columbus itself, while a smaller community, offers essential services and a local charm. You'll find gas stations, local eateries, and basic shopping within a short drive. For those interested in local history or geology, the area around Columbus is part of the Ozarks Highlands region, known for its past mining activities. The historic Route 66 also runs through nearby Baxter Springs, offering a glimpse into classic American road trip culture. The accessibility of T & S RV Park makes it a practical choice for exploring these local points of interest or simply as a waypoint on a longer journey across Kansas or beyond.

Customer Reviews
It's nice and very well maintained. Owners are sweet as can be and often bring kind gifts for no exact reason. I do wish they had more of an area for kids to play and run around.
Rude, costs more than others around, also right off the highway and a 4 way stop so you hear ALOT of airbreaks. No pads, just rock. No internet/wifi or cable. They do good keeping the grass cut but thats about it. Id try VFW, i know i will next time!!!
Land owner will kick you out and not give you time to find anywhere to go. Extremely rude and invasive on your privacy. Not accommodating to disabled people at all. Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone. If i could give ZERO stars I would
At first they are friendly but they change, wouldn't recommend staying there for very long. Etc
An awesome place to camp while cycling, owners were really nice..Has a security guy that owns the horse. He's also awesome. Only problem was a drunken guy there.
