Customer Reviews
Moved here 6 years ago. If I had known what would transpire over these years I never would have agreed to move here. Rent keeps increasing and no improvements are being made. Owners of trailers have junk piled in their yards. Cats are allowed to roam freely and banned dog breeds are all over. Management is completely unresponsive. It is no longer a nice place to live, which really sucks.
Had the opportunity to aquire a home from a co-worker if I was able to do the repairs myself. My fiance and I filled out the application to possibly rent the lot that the mobile home sat on. The management said that we should have a response in 24-48 hours. I attempted to call the office twice to get an update on the status on our applications. No callbacks either time that I tried to call. I see that this company only cares about scamming people on the application fees, not about making the mobile home park presentable and affordable. Maybe the requirements need a criminal record to be accepted or denied quickly? I have never seen a company so unprofessional as to not return a phone call asap. Be wary when applying to this community.
Very lazy management. They do backround checks but yet most folks are on meth, human traffing, or have a felony. Took me 3 months to get cleared and im a clean record. 200 dollars in late fees cause they were closed one day and earlier the day before! Sad business! They go weeks without answering phones, texts, and emails. Very un responsible. It's like children run the establishment! I wouldn't even give this dump a 1! I'm a manager and would never treat people the way they do, it's unhumane! Neighbors constantly pounding music to where ur cabinets rattle. The management is to scared to deal with anything in the park! Just a disgrace! James Coil very lazy guy!
If I could pick 10 stars or more that's what I would make it from all the things that have been done and are continuing to be done to improve the parks community. Keep up the great work you all are doing. Hats off to the owner and all of you. for making this a better place to live and call home. awesome place to live. lived here for 20 plus years and then some. Park Manager is very professional and polite, promptly addresses issues that may arise within the park. The staff is very friendly and polite. always been a great place to live. and getting better it seems. like as soon as the new company took over they removed all the dead trees, Hired an outside water control operator and started treating the water here which hasn't ever been done. Repaired and fixed the roads, had a private company in here for weeks lining the pipes to get ready for city water hook up's, which will be great. unlike the previous owner who did basically nothing to improve the park. He didn't even have the water treated. it was bad until now. They Had brought in new homes to replace some of the very older homes that were falling apart, to better the park and make it look much better. so I would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live very nice homes, and very affordable.
This horrible company spent millions of dollars fighting in court to avoid accepting rental assistance for disabled and retired folks. Shame on you! Housing vouchers are VALID INCOME.
