Owners are unamerican traitors. Instead of flying the flag of the United States of America at the entrance to the trailer park, they fly a massive Trump flag. & as a neighbor of this community, I find it incredibly unpatriotic & anti-American. I would give 0 stars if I could.
May 03, 2025 · Danielle YagodichLove this neighborhood but the rules to live here are VERY strict. May only have 2 pets. Some dog breeds are not allowed. No animals outside alone. You may not have small signs like "beware of dog". You can't have too many items on your porch. Your trash cans must be back touching your house. Your grass can not be over 3" high. They will cut it and charge you if it is. You have to power-wash your house every year. You cant wash your car or any car repair in your driveway. You may only have 2 vehicles. You don't get mail delivered at your house. You must walk to the mailboxes, in the center of a large area. You may not have any water features. (Pond, babypool, fountains etc). If you plant anything it now belongs to the owners. The land rent is very high and raises often. I have heard of tenants being bullied by the management company to relinquish their homes for minimal debts. I do realize they are trying to keep this beautiful neighborhood nice.. That being said the pettiness of it all gets to be too much.
Oct 02, 2021 · CynosureNice trailer park with nice neighbors. Trailers sit on a decent piece of land. However we have issues from time to time with water but I guess you can't have it all. Overall, a very nice place to live.
May 01, 2022 · Steven J GayWater is bad, can't drink it. Management is horrible, rude and ignorant. If you have children, move somewhere else! The management hates children, the will send you warning notices only related to your kids. No kids toys allowed outside. For the most part the neighbors are friendly and the park has a nice look to it.
Feb 06, 2020 · AMY CI dont live in the park but live just a few miles away. I go to the community yardsale they have every year and it is a very well kept mobile home park. The people are always so friendly too!
