Jun 18, 2019 · Zachary MartinI’ve never had issues here. Any pics I’m aware of I had requested. And the ones I choose to share were kept private to the best of my knowledge. There has never been any lack of dialogue between myself and the owner and his employees. I can’t for the life of me imagine confronting him with something that made me uncomfortable and him doing his best to address it. If this did happen, wires got crossed somewhere.
Oct 21, 2023 · Laura BellSomething does not feel right here. I heard some people talking about Elmer taking photos with his phone. Be Aware. I was also told by some other visitors there he has had consent issues brought up against him also in the past. I did not like the security cameras in the place, outside ok, inside creepy. . The hundreds upon hundreds of satisfied guests aren't aware you took their picture with your personal phone.
Jul 07, 2023 · Mettler❗️❗️CONSENT VIOLATION! ❗️❗️The owner is known for taking photos of people in nude, vulnerable, and compromising positions and sending them to his friends. His justification was “there are cameras everywhere”, we were never notified of the cameras, there were no signs. He verbally encouraged us to take photos but consent is key and to ask before taking photos of anyone, even in the background and to tag the venue. HE TOOK OUR PHOTOS AND SENT THEM TO HIS FRIEND THAT CONFIRMED RECEIVING. Publicly agreed and confirmed he did these actions and does not care and was happy for “the free advertising” So many men, women, and thems have come forward as well!! NOT SAFE for ANYONE!!!
Jul 10, 2023 · Voldy RiddleCampers are not well cared for, often they are leaky and smell musty or of cat pee. Toileting options are limited to the rundown campers if you've rented one or the extremely gross outhouse. Bathing options are limited to cold showers in the rundown campers or the outdoor shower in full view of everyone with no privacy. The owner has security cameras placed around the property but has NO signs posted about it and does not inform his event guests before or after they leave, which is illegal in the state of Iowa. Owner tends to invite his friends to booked and paid for private events without asking any of the paying guests if this is acceptable. Event guests have witnessed Owner commit several consent and privacy violations, and when confronted he refuses to take responsibility.
