wouldnt even give it 1 star if you like a dump with sewage leaking bad power problems and owner and a wanna be cop security guard likes to intimidate people and pull guns on people then this place is for you. but if your looking for a cozy kid friendly place then keep on going past this place towards groesbeck on left there is a couple nice rv places
