Nice and quiet Park, owner and manager were both very nice and accommodating, and very affordable. We stopped in for a night en route north, and the owner was happy to have us stay. They were all so friendly and welcoming. They even had a 50 amp to 30 amp adapter for us to borrow. The grounds are nice and well maintained, but there are a fair amount of ant piles around. They have a laundry house on site. Full hookup sites offered good water flow and steady power. No complaints at all with the power/water/sewer. The permanent residents are all extremely friendly and hospitable. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet RV park, and we would definitely stay again if we were looking to stay in the area.

I moved my camper in on a Friday. Had a hard time getting my heater to run right. It ran for about 10 hours n shot off at 5 in the morning. Now keep in mind it was in the 30s. Left and came back in afternoon. My light sparked at me n a heat caught fire in 5 seconds.. I had to pay a man from Anderson to come and fix it at 11 at night. Costed me 1000 $ to fix when we found out that there electrical was messed up n pushing 240 in camper. Owner will not call back to discuss damages to my camper since they even knew about it. I would not recommend it to anyone

I'd like to start with I'm posting on my anonymous account because I still stay here but the first review is very relevant to the maintenance mans attitude and demeanor. I had a friend who stayed there for 5+ years who I helped plant a whole litany of vegetables for everyone to enjoy, just to watch it all be destroyed by the drunk they have fixing stuff around here. I'm very disappointed in the direction that this RV park is heading. I don't feel safe leaving my RV or my car unlocked, heck I barley feel safe letting my kids play outside with these people around.

It was peaceful until the new owner came, but he brought a lot of drama with him. The maintenance man he hired has snuck into our RV multiple times and stolen a number of things (got him on camera). Not only that, but he's a violent drunk and has threatened several people here, including my family. The lady who collects rent for the owner lives in the park with the maintenance man and have been causing issues for everyone. We've stayed here for almost a full year without any problems but as soon the owner hired her, people were leaving left and right. She would brag about how the owner would let her do whatever she wanted at the park, and kick out whomever she wanted. Right now she's chosen us even though we have begged her, literally begged her, to leave us be. We have never been late on rent and have had no issues with anyone here other than the owner and the workers. The owners reason for suddenly kicking us out has yet to be told to us. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!
