I love dogs, do you??? Thank you Joe for the great stay while we worked in Magnolia… This may not be your big RV resort but if you are looking for a home away from home, call Joe… Quiet place and neighbors were friendly as well… if we are every back in town I would stay here again… There is no fenced dog area but there is a field in the back that can be utilized… I thought I had more pics but could only find one to post…

This is a quiet, conveniently located and affordable little gem for longer stays at ~$400/month + electric. Good sized grass/gravel spots around a (quite tight) horseshoe asphalt road, with pull through and back in spaces surrounded by trees. Awesome open area down the back for dogs to romp. Laundry machines at $1.50 to $2 each. Joe, the owner, is a super nice guy (call rather than email for inquiries). Very minor downside is parcel deliveries because the office isn't staffed 9am-5pm. We stayed for 3 months in a 36' class A motorhome.

Really good people here. Not just the management, but the residents too. Everyone is nice and friendly. It's also a friendly dog environment and people maintain their own pets also. It's one of the lower cost parks in the area. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles and amenities that some of the bigger parks do, which is fine for my wife and I, and honestly you don't really need them. I definitely recommend this place to others. Be aware the traffic on Honea-Egypt can be a nuisance (not noisy but unsafe) as people have no regard for the speed limit. I think they speed through trying to by-pass the lights on Fish Creek Parkway. That has absolutely nothing to do with the RV park though. Honestly the traffic here is not any worse than the last park we stayed at in Spring.

Joe the owner is great, very helpful with set up and keeps the grounds looking very neat. Was here 3 months and enjoyed it very much. Rates are very affordable, provided internet works pretty good. Would highly recommend this park. Nice and quite, and close to New Magnolia where you can fine many restaurants, grocery stores and Home Depot. Will definitely stay here with my next visit to this area. I am in a motor home in a pull thru and had so much room...love this park.

Very quiet and clean place to park your RV. Great neighbors willing to help even short time visitors. I have now made this my home for both me and my dog Murphy since they welcome your fur balls also. Don't get any better.
