Going downhill. This neighborhood is so trashy and constantly going up on rent. If I had the means to move out of here I would. Run! Don't walk! Do not rent here
Another year, rent increase with empty promises. Move out now.
Most beautiful place I have seen in the woodlands. I highly recommend it. The place is quite and cozy, people greet with respect. I would love to live here. I was visiting a friend. Food is close by. Cost of living is high but its high security. Children would love it here.
Never opened during the hours listed on the door and are very rude and inconsiderate. They try to fine you for things that you had just done like mowing your yard or try to fine you because a neighbor made a false accusation without any proof of the accusation. When we moved in, we were told the house would be fixed up prior to us moving in and it wasn't. Its a run down piece of garbage that they gave us and has mold in the walls which caused me to be sick and my unborn child to have growth problems. I don't recommend living here .
