Little to no signage regarding parking restrictions, yet they'll tow your vehicle for its first offense no matter how egregious. Stray dogs and cats everywhere. Very crowded. There's broke down cars in almost every driveway.Office manager would seemingly rather burn down her office than actually do her job. The only positive thing I have to say about his place is the maintenance crew. They're always kind and courteous..
Place seems kind of run down and alot of junk cars in driveways. Pool area looks nice and well kept. The speed bumps are too high. I have a small car even when I go super slow it still scrapes some under it. I hope they fix that.
I'm so sorry that you folks are stuck there. My husband, daughter and I moved from there in 2008 and we are so glad that we did.
Please don't move here it floods really bad and there are several power outages
I was considering buying a mobile home here until I went in person and saw that the homes are way too close to each other and no fences are allowed. I need to make sure my pets are safe. They should be able to roam free within the private area.
