Living at Cedar Creek Forest Manufactured Home Community has been a delight. From the moment we arrived the management team was incredibly attentive and always quick to address any questions or concerns we had. The community itself has well-paved and well lit streets that make strolls and bike rides a pleasure. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to amenities like shopping centers, restaurants, and parks. Despite being conveniently located, the community feels peaceful and safe, which was a big factor in our decision to move here. If you value having a carport and a fenced yard for your pets or children! The carport provides convenient parking and protection from the elements, while the fenced yard gives our pets and children a safe and enjoyable space to play outdoors. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our decision to make our home here. It's a well-managed, friendly, and vibrant community that offers everything we were looking for and more. Highly recommend.

Moved in about 3 months ago. So far very quiet and safe. They are strict on their rules which is a good thing to keep it clean and quiet.

Just so you understand the good reviews you see here are from when we were privately owned we are now owned by a greedy corp. that does not care about the residents they have raised our rent from $380.00 to $600.00 in two years. We have s a lot of older folks here who are having trouble to begin with which is why we moved here. Now we are being told the increase is due to improvements and they have people on a waiting list to get in at a higher rent price. this does not help and the only improvement you can see is a new fence in front. Find a place privately owned. if we could afford to move we would. this was a quiet community now we have disrespectful folks driving through her with the bass way too loud. The grounds kipper Robert his go to statement " don't complain they might evict you" and Susan always sounds angry. Management needs de-escalation training when dealing with an upset tenant instead of threating to evict. They do not care about us.

Now under new ownership and rent has gone up by $150.00 or more all depending on what you were paying before. A lot of us are on fixed income and now was are caught with a difficult decision. New owners are just greedy. The minimum to move a mobile home is around between $10000 and $13000. So we are just stuck. .... 01/23/2023 here we go again now rent up to $600.00 per month. only justification given is "we have people on a waiting list. yeah so raise our rent to get in new blood. was a quiet place but now have people that come through with the music blaring and no management on site.

I lived there twice, for a combined timespan of approximately eight years or so. The owner has strict rules however, those rules are what keeps Cedar Creek looking so pristine and makes it a safe and great place to live! The only reason I moved is because I found an incredible deal on a house and bought it for an investment. Otherwise, I would still be there. It really is a great place to live!!!
