Customer Reviews
For a campground this one is one of my favorites. We weren't able to get our normal site because of flooding but we got moved to one that was a good alternative. I've stayed here a few times and each time was great. The views are always beautiful.
Gorgeous campground, well maintained large sites. Friendly staff; called to check on us when our arrival was late. Fantastic bathrooms and showers. I loved the family style bathrooms and huge clean showers.
This is a campground within Daniel Boone National Forest. It is a beautiful place with many loops of campsites
Stayed at Twin Knobs campground at Cave Run on Labor Day weekend and couldn’t have picked a better location. Entire park was well maintained and our site was spacious and clean upon arrival. Bathrooms and showers were a good size and kept clean all weekend. Loved the trails around the lake. We also took a kayaking trip nearby one day and had the best time. We met Karen on our first day there and she was so friendly. Upon departure we then met Jeri at a gas station who is the General Manager and she was friendly and informative in regards to other campgrounds that the property group also manages. So thankful to have found this little gem that is close to home and meet such friendly people!
This campground and staff are wonderful. It is such a beautiful and clean location. We had some unruly neighbors our first night who kept everyone up all night, but staff and management were quick to fix it and make it right. The General Manager, Jeri, was super sweet, and came by our campsite to personally apologize for our rough first night. We really enjoyed staying here and can not wait to plan our next visit!
