At first it was great but then they squeezed our neighbors in so close to us I could put my arm out and touch their house if I wanted to. I have absolutely no space and my driveway is tiny as well. The house was also built poorly. I love the area but I just wish I had as much space as some of the other folks. The park is nice.

Lot rent went up again now I pay more for this little piece of space than I do my house. The front of my house is falling and the bricks are cracking because of how they poorly put the house. Before my warranty was up I told them it needed to be re leveled they assured me it didn’t. I have gone up to the onsite maintenance guy and even offered him extra cash on the side to fix some of the things that were extremely cheap that were breaking. My brother lives next door and got all upgraded appliances and his house was cheaper meanwhile I got all base model stuff and my house is way more. Will be getting out of here as soon as possible. The playground sucks and is the bare minimum just so they can say they did something. There’s no pool or any amenities for the price we are paying. Oh and if you have your own above ground pool you’ll get a fine. Edit to their response yes I understand raising it and it wouldn't of honestly probably have even bothered us if you would've taken us serious about our house not being leveled properly and the other issues we were having within our timeline warranty. Y'all pushed it off until we no long had warranty so y'all weren't responsible. I personally requested for a baby swing to be added because there was nothing for toddlers. There is one slide a few swings and that spin thing. Not only that y'all refuse to cut trees down when asked and wait until numerous homes were affected and personal stuff. My brother being one.

I MOVED TO TIMBERWILDE SUBDIVISION IN AUGUST OF 2024. I WAS IN A 5 BEDROOM 3 BATH HOME FOR 14 YEARS AND WANTED TO DOWNSIZE, BEING MY CHILDREN ARE ALL GROWN. I ENDED UP IN ONE OF THE SMALLEST HOMES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, AND IT WAS QUITE AN ADJUSTMENT. MARILYN, WHOM IS THE COMMUNITY MANAGER WAS HELPFUL IN THE TRANSITION, AND GUIDED ME THROUGH EVERYTHING FROM MOVING IN, TO HAVING ELECTRIC METER INSTALLED AND EXPLAINED THE RULES OF THE COMMUNITY. OVER THE YEAR, I HAVE CALLED HER ABOUT LOUD MUSIC DURING THE HOLIDAYS, THAT WAS REALLY NOT A REAL ISSUE. AFTER WE HUNG UP FROM THAT CALL, WITHIN 10 MINUTES, OR LESS SHE HAD SENT OUT A MASS TEXT TO THE COMMUNITY, REMINDING EVERYONE ABOUT THE RULES AND RESPECTING THE COMMUNITY AND NEIGHBORS. THERE ARE RULES WITHIN OUR CONTRACTS, AND LIKE MYSELF, WE ALL READ THEM AND AGREED TO THEM. I PERSONALLY AM THANKFUL THAT WE HAVE SOMEONE LIKE MARILYN OVERSEEING THE COMMUNITY, THAT HAS THE WISDOM, AND STRENGTH TO HOLD US ACCOUNTABLE. I PLAN ON BEING IN THE COMMUNITY FOR MANY YEARS AND AM SURE THAT THE COMMUNITY WILL REMAIN THE SAME FOR YEARS TO COME. THANK YOU MARILYN.

Great place to live. Good and pleasant neighbors, constantly making improvements to the community. Management is top notch. I would highly recommend this community to anyone. P.S. When the hurricane blew through, their crew were out in force, removing downed trees and taking care of its residents.
