People that owns the park now doesn't care. When I first moved in the lot rent included water, trash and lawn care. Now with no water pressure we have to pay another water and sewer charge without having a water meter. Also paying an additional charge for trash and have been told trash is a courtesy but paying double. Money hungering people. Not a nice place to live now.
There are a couple of looney toons walking around here taking pictures of every little rock out of place but other than that 90% of the people here are really good people ,The manager Juan is always willing to help if it is truly needed. Iv been here for 7 years and I love it. And nobody is paying for water at this time. Lot rent is not bad plus we pay for trash, cable, and sewer and you have to get the electric in your name . Shop around check out prices and we will see you right back here soon.
Sold my trailer. I couldn’t take it any longer. I had been there three years and at least three managers, 2 owners Sometimes I can’t find the right words… I was really mad how all my concerns were not even acknowledged. Especially the loose dogs that would chase me when I walked my dog and the assistant mgr who thinks he’s a king and that’s his kingdom… he absolutely created a toxic living environment for me. That was my personal experience I sold my trailer and that same week upper management made changes regarding park management Too little too late I had tried to buy trailers in better condition.. it’s true, hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.. I was feeling very scorned I actually like upper management, the ones you never see. It was my home for 3 years, when my rent increased 50% and there were ZERO amenities… public trash does not get emptied (and people seemed to come and go awful quickly for an owner occupied 55+ park .. it’s supposed to be 80/20 They better check their math.. it’s more like 50/50) Once they started charging for trash.. they missed a good 10-15% of the collection days with no makeup. Maybe they did it to me because I complain, who knows So yeah, Juan is gone. He was FIRED. Again, too little too late. I’m going to miss my friends there. It was not all bad. Upper management is responsive when you figure out how to reach them.. maybe that was park managements fault, I don’t know. It’s very centrally located, easy access to buses… lots of places to work nearby or go shopping It’s a noisy city atmosphere Not my thing. Some people really enjoy that. I sincerely hope my buyer will have a happy home there. I know her kids are wonderful!
I was visiting a relative & there were drunk people fighting,the managers were very mean& nasty to their residents. Talked very rude & threatening to their residents who weren't drunk. I was told if they didn't like you even though you paid your rent on time & caused no problems they could & have taken people's trailers from them. Most of the residents are on a fixed income. Many of the people I spoke to were afraid to ask for maintenance issues in fear of retaliation from the managers. Where are the owners & how are they getting away with treating people like that? I guess that's why there's many empty lots!! Sad situation for the nice people I've met there on my visits.
Park was taken over by "NEW" LLC, and there are many quirks still being worked out. However it is "CONVENIENTLY LOCATED" across from O'Reilly Auto Parts, Winn Dixie, 2nd hand Thrift store, furniture store, Tag office, a few scattered restaurants (S.O.B.) Sonics, a barber shop, nail salon, as well as a place to go to classes for CNA & More, close by is MOBIL at the corner of 60th Ave W & US 41, Walgreen's, My own bank 🏦 5/3rd Bank, as well as a majority of other places closely in walking 🚶♂️ distance Taco Bell, Bank of America, AMSCOT, (FREE Money Orders 👀) Publix, CVS, Perkins, an Indian Restaurant, car sales place, Target, TJ Maxx, Chinese restaurant, and much more. They have some Mobile homes currently for sale... just replaced laundry machines for on-site tenants use, have a "Hall" for special occasions with full access of stove & refrigerator for convenience for "tenants use"had a nice Past Holiday Party. If you care to walk a bit further there is Dollar General, a Metro PCS, a couple of up and coming needed storage places car wash companies, Firestone shop, a few other furniture places, churches, Hotels if you have folks visiting (heading towards SRQ Airport) heading North downtown Bradenton you can find, Red Lobster 🦞, 😋 Salem's, Asian restaurants, 😋 Aldi, Save a Lot, Pizza places, IHOP, Wendy's and across WE NOW HAVE A NEW E.R. HOSPITAL 24/7 as well as Peek-a-Boo (dancers 💃👙 $$) entertainment 👀 🙈 🙉, there are MANY Amenities close by in walking🚶♂️distance (take a cart for groceries) Recently added to area is a great Hispanic store: Acapulco's fresh food cooked daily 😋 grocery store and other services inside location. Send money 💰 home 🏡 to families in other countries, jewelry shops, and phone company, as well as a few pawn shops, for your convenience for buying and maybe selling items (for cash 💸 😀) or to loan?? There are a few mobile parks closely located to the same area. HOWEVER Those are currently (07/2023) Not advertising: Homes available for sale. Remember 🤔This IS 55+ MHP, as well they are also affiliated with Cortez Rd MHP across from other small mall location, Dolphin car wash, Denny's, Dollar Tree, Ross, 5° below+ and more, Subaru, Mr. TEQUILA 😋, Mr. & Mrs.🦀 Crab,😋 Chick-fil-A, all basically across from the strip mall on Cortez & 41, Blue Dolphin car wash, and Gyms Burlington outlet, and Panera Bread as well as many other locations with Storage facilities and furniture shops, There are Multiple Gas ⛽️ stations close by, 7/11, Mobil, Wawa and so much more to Explore.
