I visited Wilhelm Jan. 22, 2021. Miguel who showed me the Park was extremely nice. I am disabled and he was very accommodating. If I was giving a rating on him and how I was treated it would be a 5 star. As far as the Park itself, it did seem pretty quiet, which was a plus. However, the homes were right on top of each other, and it seemed very run down. The lot rent seemed very high ($ 427.00) which would be increased to $439.00 in March. I wasn’t really sure what that included, but it seems high for the condition of the place.
I live in Ensenada del Sol for more than a year, and from the first moment the manager named Miguel has been very professional and kind. It is a safe place and he keeps it very clean and beautiful.
Miguel was very pleasant and professional on the phone. He was informative and answered all my questions. Quaint and cozy community..
Horrible place to live the manager is obviously not educated, rude & they are def looking to get sued real soon
