I realize when I wrote my first review before I was not being fair to the corporation. There are things that they have done to help the people in this park like replace for free all the roofs that were damaged in the hurricane. That is a big expense that the people don’t have to worry about. But there are things that need fixing that are just as important. The gates for instance. They have not been working since the hurricane and one gate before that. We are afraid at night and don’t feel safe. This is supposed to be a gated community like it says on the website. We have had a home broken into one night. People can not leave there bikes out anymore because they might get stolen. The clubhouse, that we have been paying to use with are HOA fees has not been opened since the hurricane. We have no bathroom or kitchen or floor. So we are basically unable to use the clubhouse. The pool is not cleaned properly. The skimmer is not working because the water level does not stay up high enough for the skimmer to work. Also, there are a lot of older people here and they are not heating the pool for them. These are the things that are important to us too and we just want the corporation to understand and do something about it. We have seen the effort on the part of the corporation in fixing things but maybe they don’t realize how important other things are important to us.

Very disappointed in the care taken of the grounds, pool area and safety of the community Complaints are many and told will be taken care of and then never get resolved. The lot fees (hoa) are high so the thought would be resort like, and is very far from that. A big corporation owned is more for the money Not for making their community happy. All of the empty homes here should be a big hint to them. Make the ones that are here very happy and we will help bring new people in not send them somewhere else

We are here since April 2023 and it’s great and nice clean quiet community has pool lots of activities if you want to participate,office staff great, some people mentioned it is a lot of lizards but that’s way we don’t have other small bugs lizards eat them all! Love to be part of this community!

Want to know why water is cut off every month for a week have to boil water to do everything. Some older people can't do this=handicap etc.

So I have been hers & so ready to leave. People are not very friendly. Grounds not so nice. There are lizards everywhere. Alot of the trailers or Mobile homes are not very nice they are old and not kept up, could use some paint or alot. There is a security fence that is really more trouble then it's worth & only really gives the illusion of security, but no if someone wants in they will get in. Seriously look elsewhere to live and spend your money cause this place is so not worth it. Sorry but it is what it is. Also the water here really isn't drinkable and stinks. Not to mention the air really smells bad. But I'm sure they don't tell you that?
