There not never no one on this Property when you need something done you can't get a hold of the Management they gone up one rent every year These are utility trailers made into trailers to live in the value of these trailers Range around 42000 the 46000 and they're asking over a 100000 for these trailers.dont move here they do nothing for you and the Manager never answer your calls. There's not no one on this property to take care of it. Or answer your concerned

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS with the water getting turned off atleast once a week it seems & for days!!! Try to txt management to see what's going on but she NEVER answers her phone let alone a txt!!! We NEVER even get a heads up on when or how long water would be turned off either!!!😡😡😡😡😡

They charge too much. I was looking to move to the area. I am living at once in Pittsburgh for $25 more a month and we have an onsite pool, gym and a few other amenities. There are unleashed dogs everywhere with some being mean and aggressive. It is hard to drive the streets without hitting a dog or cat. I was told they made improvements and the new blacktop is not an improvement. You still can't drive most cars on its streets without scraping every time. Now they are shutting off the water for days on end. This is elder abuse and a fire hazard

I have lived in here for awhile now. When the new owners took over about a year or two ago it became more decent to live in. Manager always listens to any concerns or questions you have and really tries to fix them or answers them as best he can. He is also very cool to get to know
