Don't do business with this place lot of drug addicts plus this place has been known to evict people who are the most stupidest reasons lot of empty trailers I'm in the process of suing FTI property Management

The new park manager will sit out front of your lot at 830 in the morning and never speak to you almost hit me with her vehicle when she pulled up on me in front of my kids never stated who she was or what she was there for she likes to threaten to take people to court when she is the problem! So with that being said let's watch the mockery of our judicial system and waste more tax payers dollars when a tenant tells you they will be leaving since they are month to month you want to do a formal eviction have fun in court without me!!!! So FYI all motorcycles are banned from the park as well as she is cutting down all the existing fences good luck go anyone living in twinwall

I told her I was paying cash for the trailer she sent me a post requesting personal info. I said I liked the price of the lot rent but I didn't know where it was. I asked her where it was with no response. I asked why the personal info if I'm paying cash she never responded. Customer service really?

They rip people off. Wild animals get in your trailer because when they kick people out they put their belongings on the street. Had to leave my trailer because of animals crawling on me and my kids at night. Too many trees and lot rent is outrageous!

The place us run down. The whole place need to be redone. Some trailers are good. Sketchy people live there seems like you would have to put up security stuff just so you don't get broken into
