Dan park manager has always been on top of things in park I've lived here for 2 years everything something needs to be fixed with water pipes got fixed and tree got tried like he promised ty dan

most residents stay to their selves but are friendly. Every winter there's at least 1 or 2 water main ruptures due to old pipes and lack of park owners spending any money on anything.
