The park is ran by a slum Lord. Signed a lease for two years and some how after a year living there owners changed so my lease was no longer valid to a point. My rent went up 50 bucks the promises of repair work never happened on top of it all it's tweakers Paradise. If I used I would have have this place a rating of a million but I don't. Hate this place
Under new management, lots of change to come and I have faith that the park will be making a turn around. Good sense of community.
I just moved into the trailer park so really can't say to much about it as of yet.
