We were visiting friends in Mt Holly for the weekend, so this location was great for us, about 20 minutes from the places we needed to be, our friends and the National Whitewater Center. The people in the office were super friendly. As are the people in the park. There's a lot of people that seem to live here full time and the park is huge, with a large lake for fishing. We have a smaller camper, so we were in spot 15, right near the pool. Hubby appreciated the flat pad for parking, and the full hook up, which was unexpected for us, we usually stay at state parks which only have partial hookups. I will say bathrooms could use a little improvement, though it seems like most people there don't use the bathhouse. The lights are on timers, which would shut off every time during showers, so be ready for that. We stayed over the Memorial Day weekend, and there were a bunch of activities going on, which is lots of fun for a campground. As a Veteran I very much appreciated the displays they had out correctly honoring the holiday. We'd definitely would come and stay again.

Best campground/RV park in the area. Fair priced and very comfortable. Everything is easy access with good accommodations. We’d used the pool rec. room to hold a few church services, and felt very welcomed by the camp staff for our church family. I love the key cards to enter the camp in a vehicle and everyone minding the speed limits. My baby son loved the park. It’s a very clean park that they take pride in. Our 40’ fifth wheel fit great with a truck and small car for parking. It’s very close to a laundromat and gas station. Plus a lot of awesome restaurants within 10 minutes. We were here in winter so not much outside activities but I can tell in summer this would be the place to be. My only complaint and it’s not the parks fault is the crazy drivers on 150. The road gets very very busy certain times of day. If I ever return I would hope to stay at CCC again. Thanks for having us.

We have camped there for about 40 years. The bath houses have gone way downhill. Only 1 shower works in the back bathhouse on the ladies side, they are not cleaned like they used to be. The pot holes keep getting bigger in the roads. The management is the worst it has been in the 40 years we were there. The traffic to get there is terrible too. This campground used to be fun and nice, but when the management buys side by sides instead of fixing up the campground then my rent money doesn’t need to go to make sure the manager has a party vehicle.

This the biggest campground I've ever seen! I stayed at the back of the grounds and it was nice and peaceful. The neighbors are very friendly which I appreciate. The office is the issue. They charge a deposit for the long time stays. At the end, I was told that it would be applied toward my electric bill. I was there 1 month and I ran air conditioning 3 or 4 nights. There is no way, I ran up a $250 electric bill. I called the office for receipts and never received them. I had to dispute this amount with my credit card company to get it refunded.
