We’ve visited during off season and on season and both times were a good stay. The bathrooms are generally clean but the staff are helpful. My kid had a good time doing the crafts and stayed at the park majority of the time. The lots are a little cramped, and if you’re near the front of the park there are little to no trees. You can hear the highway while sitting in the park but it didn’t really bother me much. I would recommend staying if you have a kid and would like them to have lots to do. My usual trips are more for the nature and I would say this isn’t really the campground for that. There is a nature trail that is actually pretty decent sized and cool, had a clear path and lots of different routes you could take which was cool. All in all a pretty good campground, just depends what you’re looking for.

Great sites, great pool (except for the showers and the lifeguard leaving the pool unlocked for 5 min without any adult supervision there - this was Jun 4 2025), nice quiet hours except for the fact that we couldn't get to sleep until 11 because our neighbors had lights on and were kind of loud. Please fix this. Overall, very good place to stay, especially right next to D.C.. Thanks for the stay!

This KOA was very reasonably priced for the pull through 30 amp site. We did not have full hook up. Lots of amenities for kids-bounce pad, cute cart-style bikes for rental, decent sized pool. Folks were friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when visiting MD/DC.

Stayed one night Easter weekend. Pull through wasn't level. Bathrooms were clean but small. Paid full price although alot if things weren't open/able to use. Pool was filling but not open. This location was quiet. Beautiful with mature trees and lots of shade. It did have some tar roads.

Stayed here for 4 nights while on our road trip visiting new locations and cities. We stayed at a tent location but slept in our SUV every night. Campground was extremely clean and quite and we felt very safe our whole visit. Washroom facilities were kept extremely clean and the hot showers felt great.
