Could be a great place to live, if only it was managed correctly. Owed and operated from Columbus, Ga.
Have not seen an owner in almost a year. Someone on property has a account number sending people to walmart to make payments and is collecting elderly people's rent money. These people need help. No one to fix anything. People are given fake lease and told to sign!
They paved it and put up a gate, but inside it's still the dump known as Woodland mobile home park. Most of the trailers are old and rotting.
This is not a review but I've been trying to call the phone number for over a week I just keep getting a busy signal. I am looking for a place and wanted to know if anything was available to rent??
