Not very clean trailers look old like 60s
Streets are clean, clear. Yards are fairly well maintained. Houses are a mix of old and new but I like it. Quiet enough.
In my honest opinion, it's really bad. There's a pool that has not worked since 2017. But not only that, its filled with dirty rainwater. The pond is nasty, there's a rusty water tower, and the park has two swings and a rusty basketball court. Most of the houses people don't get taken care of and the manager won't evict them. And lastly, almost everywhere you go, there a bag that had weed in it, or a vape, or alcohol. Don't recommend.
We pay lot rent that includes upkeep of the swimming pool which from my understanding hasn’t been up and running for six years. The section I live in, Is always flooded and nothing is being done to fix it. The yard is like walking through a swamp and the grass cannot be mowed due to all the water and we have to drive through a flooded parking lot every time it rains. I give it one star because my neighbors are nice and friendly.
They are being sued by all tenants due to them not providing a lease and charging all tenants extra money that's extortion and theft look it all up I have a 5690 credit or overpaid and they are trying to play stops and not give my money back or apply it to my account
