Customer Reviews
Camp sites for tents are pretty roomy. Most campers are very friendly. The pool is a lot of fun for my kids. Laundry room is very tidy with books to read available.Bring the bug spray!
Enjoyed camping here for 3 nights with White River flowing behind our RV!! Beautiful campground along the White River with 3 sections and tent camping. Some amenities are laundry, bathhouses, camp store, fishing pier, kayak launch, playground, gated, dump station and Patterson Historic bridge access to biking & hiking trails at Strawtown Koteewi park. Which is an added bonus along with the kayak launch & lake at the park we used to float down White River to our campground!!
The campground looks good and the sites were good. But the people working here are not what they used to be. A few trips into the camp store and not a single employee greeted or interacted with me. Not the same as when Don ran this place years ago.
Nice campground, but most sites are small. Scoped out a better site for the next stay. Used the pavilion. It would have been nice if the grass was cut around pavilion.
Senior citizen couple, husband is disabled veteran. No discount, recent flooding d/t unusual weather this spring. Paid reservation in advance was not able to get refund . Asked if we could book later in the season without loosing the money we had already paid. No response at time of this post
