I definitely enjoyed my stay here. I've stayed at Sleepybear in the past, and while I enjoyed it there, I'll probably be a Dead Creek camper from here on out. It's less crowded here and seems to be a much friendlier group. The only thing I'd do to improve it is to put some kind of sink or hands sanitizing station near the port-o-potties and maybe spray the grounds with something to keep the bugs at bay. At Sleepybear I never once got bitten, but I was a smorgasbord for bugs at Dead Creek. I even had bites on my face.
