I like Windsor Manor but don't like it as well. The kids doesn't have a bus stop where they can sit under until the bus comes. There is no playground or park for the kids. So they play in the road which is dangerous because cars travel on the streets. They have trailors for sale or rent but want to know your income. That has to be over $800. Not just that you have to do a credit check. If I'm buying a trailor from the owner what my credit have to do with it. I'm buying it from the owner. You also have to fill out an application online and that cost $40 nonrefundable. But it is quiet and convenient to the little store's.

Worst neighborhood ever!!! Loud neighbors loose dogs and cats! Nosy neighbors as well! I have a newborn baby and everyone is very loud and wakes my baby up! Called management and they did nothing about it!

They allow pit bull dogs in the trailer park or park management does not know this on liberty street
