This article is designed to provide a clear, factual, and informative overview of Woodsville Mobile Home Park, tailored specifically for local Virginia users who are considering mobile home living. We understand that choosing a place to live is a significant decision, influenced by factors such as location, cost, community environment, and the specific rules and regulations of a property.
Mobile home parks, also known as manufactured home communities, offer a distinct lifestyle and often present a more affordable entry point into homeownership or a different rental experience compared to conventional housing. In Virginia, these communities are subject to specific state and local regulations that govern their operation, aiming to ensure safety and fair practices for residents. As a professional content writer specializing in local business descriptions, our goal is to present information about Woodsville Mobile Home Park in an engaging yet strictly factual manner, allowing you to form your own informed opinion. We'll delve into its location, any services it might offer, and what makes it a suitable (or potentially challenging) option for those seeking a home in the Old Dominion.
Woodsville Mobile Home Park is located at 3462 George Washington Memorial Hwy, Hayes, VA 23072, USA. This address places it within the geographical boundaries of Gloucester County, a region in Virginia known for its blend of rural charm and proximity to the more developed areas of the Virginia Peninsula. The George Washington Memorial Highway (Route 17) is a significant thoroughfare in this area, indicating good vehicular accessibility to and from the park.
For residents of Virginia, the park's location in Hayes offers a specific set of advantages and considerations regarding accessibility. Hayes itself serves as a gateway to various parts of Gloucester County and beyond. It provides relatively convenient access to local amenities such as grocery stores, pharmacies, and small businesses that cater to daily needs. Larger retail centers and a wider range of services can typically be found in nearby Gloucester Courthouse or across the Coleman Bridge in Yorktown, which is also a gateway to the broader Hampton Roads metropolitan area.

For military personnel, the proximity to major installations such as Langley Air Force Base and Fort Eustis is often a key factor when considering housing options. While the immediate surroundings of the park might offer a more localized feel, the ease of access to Route 17 ensures that residents are not isolated from the greater economic and cultural hubs of southeastern Virginia. This balance of local convenience and regional connectivity is an important aspect for any Virginian considering a move to Woodsville Mobile Home Park.

Customer Reviews
Been here for about 6 years Franklin management are very picky about their rules and regulations on the park and will fine you hundreds of dollars every month over some of the most trivial things without warning and if you try to ask about the violation they won’t or can’t talk to you about it. Next off the neighborhood itself as well as the surrounding areas are not the safest. I even had to buy a firearm because of recent home invasions in the neighborhood. And to add to injury they increase rent every time it’s time to renew your lease we are now paying $1775 a month plus pet fees water usage fines and many more inconveniences. In summary unless you plan on buying the trailer flat out rent at your own risk
I really don't know much about that place iwas dropping someone off It looks ok it was clean lawns were mowed about all I can say about that
Very clean residential enrionment. Feel very safe, with neighbors close.
